The ride will take place on Saturday, August 25th and Sunday, August 26th, 2007. The proposed route will be starting from Woodbine Race Track and proceed across Hwy 407, through the towns of Markham, Uxbridge and Washago before stopping for lunch and ceremony at the Fire College in Gravenhurst. After, it will continue through Muskoka ending at Collingwood for dinner, silent auction and overnight stay.
>> Accommodations in Collingwood, for Saturday, August 25th, 2007, will be at Blue Mountain Resorts. A block of rooms and suites have been set aside. The toll free number is 1- 877- 445-0231. The ride should be arriving there between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm in the afternoon so the resort facilities can be enjoyed before the banquet and silent auction.
On Sunday, the ride will continue to Owen Sound for lunch, around the Bruce Peninsula and Hockley Valley and end up at a place to be determined in Toronto.
The cost for a rider will be $200.00 which will include a t-shirt AND a raffle ticket for a significant prize. The cost for a passenger will be $100.00 which will only include a t-shirt.
