You'll enjoy the ride up the Cape to Provincetown, Elena. Rte. 6 is a nice run. You'll also find Provincetown is VERY touristy and features plenty of artisans, craft shops and the like. Some great seafood restaurants can be found there too.
Be sure to try one of the whale-watching excursions while you're in town. There are a couple of different charter outfits that offer the tours. Pick one and go for it. You won't forget it. Seeing the whales in their natural habitat out in the Atlantic Ocean is pretty cool, especially when they're feeding. Highly recommended!
Be careful of the 'round-abouts' that you'll come across while you're in the area. They're similar to a traffic circle, but can be a bit difficult to navigate the first time you use one. Be prepared to yield the right of way several times at these things. You'll see what I mean once you've ridden one.
Also be wary of riding in downtown Boston if you're up that way. Trying to get around in the downtown core can be nightmarish if you're not familiar with the street patterns. I would suggest taking a good, long look at a map of the downtown before trying to navigate it, especially on a bike. The trolley tours in Boston are very good. Try and make time to get on one. The outfit I would recommend is OLD TOWN TROLLEY TOURS. Their trolleys are a distinctive green and orange colour. You can't miss them. They cover all the good Boston touristy stuff. A Bosox game at Fenway Park is always lots of fun, as well.
Plymouth is kind of nice to visit too. Plymouth Rock can be found there (where the Pilgrims landed), with a scale replica of The Mayflower on display nearby. Pretty cool.
Hope these tips help. Have fun and ride safe,
