This is it!

This is it. ladies and germs.  The last week of motorcycle weather this year.  If it's above 12C, I'll be out this week and work be damned.  Anyone still got their bike ready to ride?

Mine is still good to go, but getting out of work may be a problem depending on what day you are thinking of...
any particular date or destination in mind?

Nah, have to play it by ear a little bit because it could be damn cold if we mis-time it.

I'm still on the road guys, but no way I can get out of work.  Waaaay too much going on.  Still hope to get out a couple of afternoons this week.

Well, my bike is still technically ready to ride, but weather has been either too cold or too rainy over the past few weekends, unfortunately. And I'm too much of a wimp to endure the cold mornings riding to work...

Sadly though, if I can't get out this weekend (studio session Saturday all day, so a no-go for me), then I'm hanging it up for the winter.

Don't know if you checked Shaman but according to weather canada it is suppose to rain everyday exept friday this week?
I guess we will just have to see

Hmmm... have the kids on sat.  I'll see what I can do.   :-\

I got out yesterday for a few hours though... was beautiful weather for riding.

Since I don't "put the bike away" for the winter... when the weather permits I ride ie. above 2deg. and not pouring rain.  Since I am still off work thanks to the p.u. truck I am finally getting some miles in. lol   ;D

I don't like to ride that bundled up and salt + motorcycles don't mix (not to mention ice and motorcycles).  But... I'm pretty much ready to do whatever I need to just to get a couple more rides in.  Worked yesterday and slaving away today so that I can free up a couple of days to ride. :)

Looking pretty good.  Let's hook up in the morning and make plans.  It'll be too cold before say 10:30 to really enjoy the ride so I'll be doing a bit of work first thing (put my camper trailer in storage) but after that I'm all elbows and knees.

Look me up next week, it's supposed to warm up a bit... as long as it's not raining I'm in.  We're pushing the limit and pushing the limit is fun.... :)

Let me know if a ride is happenin... Since I am still off work I am good to go.  Depending on kids of course.
Btw.  the girlfriend is pissed. She is missing her bike. Or more truthfully she is really wanting her new bike and it aint in yet. Poor thing.
