Not me, I went out for a 300km ride on Saturday with some folk and worked all Sunday.  Such is life when you're rich and famous.   ??? ???

(I wish)

Hope all is well with you... and that someone from here made it to the race so we can get a proper answer to your question. :)

Yup...getting ready for the VRRA race at Mosport in a couple of weeks. Are you going to be able to race this time?

I've been to the MOSPORT track before. To be perfectly honest, it isn't the greatest track for spectating.  I much prefer the shannonville track.  Plus it is closer.

I should go.  I should race. I should.

We'll see.  I am either committed to something that weekend or completely free to do whatever I want all weekend.  Not yet confirmed, I'm afraid. :(

Not worth the drive -- not good for spectating, not good for racing (if you have an aversion to armco and concrete barriers) and bad weather on top of that. Also sounds like a whole lot of racers and spectators were unhappy with how the event was run -- long delays, schedule changes or cancellations and a high gate fee.

Agreed Jimbo! You summed up in a nut shell pretty much what I had heard from other people as well. Add a gate fee in the order of $75 to boot. I'm with Giv'Er, I much prefer to watch the races at Shannonville for the same reasons. (closer to home, better viewing and generally cheaper!)

Hey Jimbo, FYI...I'm going to be at Shannonville this weekend racing. If you're going to be around stop by the trailer and say hi and have a cold one. With luck we'll have all the gremlins worked out of the bike making this a good opportunity for a shakedown session for the upcoming VRRA event at Mosport.

Yes...what's the point of having a race bike if you don't race it?  :-\
Hope to see you out there!

Hey Boopster -- I'll see you there. Weather pending i might go out for friday practice just for some tracktime and if the weathers bad i'll still be going at some point to pick up my spare rims and get some new hoops.

Great! I'm also planning on Friday practice as well. Call it a pre-shakedown for the weekend! You're welcome to pit with Barry and I if you'd like on Friday.
See Ya soon.

Hrm.  THIS Friday?  I might be convinced to go to that.

And I need new tires... mine are kinda mulched after two track days.

I want to come, but it's not looking good for me.  A lot of technical work to be done for the latest company acquisitions we did and digging into the rat's nest they left behind today has left us with more work than we started with.  But I'll try to delegate.
