Plexiglas is done once it's done, I've found. There really isn't much you can do for it. You can use a high-speed wheel and extremely light buffing compound which will take the edges off the deeper scratches, and apparently that stuff you can buy off TV that fills in scratches does help... but all in all, plexiglas looks like crap with a little rough use.
