Not sure about sport bikes since weight affects the handling and suspension, but on touring bikes or cruisers it sure looks good to me.  And frankly for offroad applications if it works that well on an ATV tire, I'm sold.

I know RideOn works the same way and it works without affecting the balance. It's easily available on eBay.
