that would be kinda sweet

irrespective, i like the new store... the owner gives off a good vibe and the bikes look/feel solid
i've also done some reading on the 650gt engine and it seems like it's almost a duplicate of the sv650... they are built and manufactured in the same factories

anyway, if i can get on a demo 650gt, I may have found my next bike... fat chance of that, but we'll see

Just don't buy an older bike, that's all I can add.

^^Think again.

Kingston was (could still when finally legalized) going to be the first home of an Agusta dealer.

H.D. is in negotiations to buy Agusta.  :-\ Perhaps looking for a motor? Or just a (sport) bike that performs?

The 650 gt engine might seem to be the duplicate of the sv650. They are, however, not built in the same factory currently. Hyosung used to build engines for Suzuki under contract. This was discontinued a couple years ago when Hyosung started to market their own bikes.

Right, it's *not* the same engine.
