"Street Racing" law: thousands charged, few convicted

So all this is just turning into a farce.  Who wants to bet that the ones that are getting convictions are the ones that aren't fighting the charges?

Any law that allows the cops to assume guilt need to be challenged.
There are good cops out there.... the problem is there are too many bad laws and worse cops.

Even though there are so many people getting their charges significantly reduced or even dismissed, they are still responsible for all the BS fees (towing, storage & lawyers) associated with the initial charge by the piglet.
