Good Day fellow riders/racers
I purchased an 87 Yamaha TZR 250 last summer with intention of using it for track days and possibly participating at the VRRA Quinte TT next June but I'm looking for rider/racer who would be willing to help out as kind of mentor/guide me through the steps to prepare the bike for the track...

Not sure I can be much of a mentor to you, but I may be able to work with you to get to events as a working "team." Just a way to share costs and that sort of thing.
Oh, and welcome!

Shaman, are you member of VRRA? Would you be able to point out want needs to be safety wired on my bike besides the obvious parts, etc. I'd also be willing to discuss the "team" concept & shared cost. I have a 4X6 enclosed trailer to haul around my bike, "spares" and camping gear. I also forgot to mention that I'm a member of Canadian Race Communications Association (CRCA) we provide track marshalling services for all RACE events at Shannonville. If anyone is interested in becoming a marshal plse don't hesitate to contact me or go our website at
http://www.crca1.com/
for more information...
