84% drop in profits at Harley means they're jettisoning what didn't work and want to sell what might.
 
I don't think Piaggio would want MV.  Aprilia's RSV4 is more modern than MV's 312 and has at least as much potential, while their Tuono is getting the V4 upgrade which will trump the Brutale. Piaggio already owns Guzzi, which makes quirky and interesting touring/cruising bikes.

So who if not them? Is Ducati flush enough? Would they want an i4 or two in their stables after decades of badmouthing them?

Will Erik find a way to bring us a new Buell?  If not, does he own some of the patents? 

Lots of questions.  No answers just yet.  Undecided

Wow, some places are blowing out new 1125CR's for $5000.

That's an awesome amount of bike for that kind of money... and a two year warranty.   Shocked
