Hi all! I'm looking at getting a GPS. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with these things. What kind I should get, what features etc. It'll mostly be used for mapping trails that I find.
Thanks in advance for any input

My friend has one, I think it's called a 'Garvin'(??) That thing is awesome. I saw that same one at Wal Mart for about $499. It has a color display, it's really nice but if you don't need a color display you could probably get one cheaper.

A Garvin would be my first choice for sure.

Thanks! I'll go check them out. $500 is a bit out of my range but maybe I'll go without colour
