Ride to Remember
Location: Picton Fair Grounds
Time: All day Saturday and Sunday
Cost: $10 donation at the gate
Organization: Proceeds to Camp Trillium

Car Show, Motorcycle Show, Live bands, Camping, Free Style Motocross Show
Manufacturer Demo Rides-Honda, Suzuki, BMW, Kawasaki and Yamaha

I'm in for both days as far as I know.  Ride to Prince Edward County?  Great.  Currah's Food?  Super.  Watching motoX extreme stunts?  Awesome.  Riding someone else's bikes all day?  Priceless!

Meeting at Tim Horton's for 8:00 am on Saturday June 4th right?

Just checked the web site and the "Motocross stunt team" is performing on both days  8)

Also April Wine is playing at 7:30 pm backed by Hulio Iglesias.... ;)

No..... really,  April Wins is playing. Sorry Hulio fans...he wont be there after all.

GI Jo and myself are interested in going to the Ride to Remember in Picton this weekend.  We were thinking of spending the night there (Saturday) - drink a couple of beers, have fun and listen to some "April Wine"  ;D.    Anybody has an idea where we could stay?  Anybody else spending the night Saturday?  Let us know.  Ciao

Staying over sounds like a good plan to me.  I have a place to stay, tho.  Got a tent trailer, too... not sure exactly where we could put it up, but it's a possibility.

Hrm, better start charging the battery just in case.

Is there anywhere/anyhow we could try to hook up, either at the event,  or just prior to ?   I've chatted/posted with most,  but haven't actually met anyone "in the flesh"  so to speak.    We need a KRC badge that we can where to know who's who..   

p.s.   are most taking significant other,  or solo ?

I'm going solo.  I intend to have fun.   ;D

You could meet up with us this Thurs. night or at 8am in the morning.  I'll be there at 7:30 to nab a coffee first.

I've set up a place to stay for me so I'm staying... got a few good partying friends in Picton to go to the Concert.  So everyone who is thinking about it... think hard... it could be a good crazy time. :)
