MT-01
« on: May 15, 2006, 01:23:22 pm »
I rode this last Tuesday. This bike is awesome!!! Incredible torque. 8) I could see myself on one of these. As well as an RS125(for the track), a Dual Sport of some sort, and a scooter for commuting. ;D

I dunno what to get next.  I need something with power, but with easy quick handling.  Might end up with another GSX-R.

But I won't end up with a MT-01. :)

I hear the ZX14 handles effortlessly.  I don't know if I believe it, but that's what I hear.

The ZX-14 is so not my thing.  I mean, it's bigger and heavier than my Sprint, and I find that a handful at times (although to be fair, it's much better than I ever expected for sport riding).  Also, it's as ugly as a bike can be - in my personal opinion, it's like they tried to out-do the Hayabusa in ever way including homeliness.  All the same, a bike worthy of respect and maybe a little fear.

I was thinking of a Speed Triple.  But... I dunno, the Gixxer was just such a great bike.   Insurance costs aside, I'd run right back to one.

Speed triples rule, but then you run into the Dealer location issue.

I have heard nothing but good comments about the ZX-10.
